Andrew Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client management and municipal services. Currently serving as Client Director and Managing Consultant at 4OC since September 2015, Andrew previously held various senior roles at Harrow Council from 2007 to August 2015, including Divisional Director responsible for waste and recycling and community safety, as well as Strategic Commissioner focused on service efficiency and strategy development.
