Robert McDowell has extensive experience in risk consultancy and business development, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at 4most since May 2012, where roles have included Co-CEO, Partner, and Head of Client Engagement/Business Development. Prior to this, Robert held the position of Credit Risk Acquisition Strategy Analyst at Santander UK, following a role focusing on recoveries performance within their Collections & Recoveries team. Earlier experience includes leadership in watersports operations as Chief Watersports Instructor at Mana Mana Beach Club and assistant management at PGL Travel. Robert holds a 1st Class Honours degree in Mathematics & Statistics from Newcastle University.
