Live Aas Schärer has extensive experience in retail and customer service, currently serving as a Kundesenterkonsulent at 4human since December 2022. Prior to this role, Live managed daily operations, customer service, and marketing for the online store Fertil.no from August 2020 to December 2022. Live held leadership positions at The Body Shop as a Butikkleder from June 2012 to August 2017 and at Lucky Duck as a Butikkleder from September 2006 to September 2010. Additionally, Live worked as a Prisjeger at REMA 1000 in May 2011. Live's educational background includes a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Nord University, alongside various studies in labor law, innovation, and retail management at prominent institutions including BI Norwegian Business School and the University of South-Eastern Norway.
