Capri Montgomery has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Capri started their career at Xerox as a Customer Care Specialist and later transitioned into a role as a Workforce Planning Analyst. After that, they worked at Credit Suisse as a Presentation Design Specialist and eventually became a Support Desk Manager. Capri then joined Worldwide Clinical Trials as an IRT Support Specialist and later became a Clinical Systems Associate Project Manager, taking on responsibilities such as attending team meetings, creating support documentation, and updating the Trial Master File. Currently, they are working at 4G Clinical as a Support Project Lead, providing sponsor support and monitoring studies in production.
Capri Montgomery received a Bachelor's degree in Network Security and IT/Networking and Security Management from ECPI University, where they studied from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended North Carolina Central University from 2003 to 2006, majoring in Design and Visual Communications. Furthermore, Capri also obtained a certification in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University in the year 2020.
