Gabriel Mendoza is an experienced executive in the cannabis industry, currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Revenue at 4Front Ventures since July 2023, where leadership emphasizes high-performing teams in wholesale, retail, and marketing. As a co-founder of Chicago NORML, an award-winning non-profit, efforts focus on educating communities of color regarding the benefits of cannabis. Previously, at Mission Dispensaries, Gabriel contributed significantly to an annual revenue of approximately $90 million as Executive Vice President of Operations and successfully directed operations for $24 million in annual revenue pertaining to Illinois. Early in the career, roles included Director of Implementation at Mission Dispensaries, managing dispensary and cultivation onboarding in multiple states, and Director of Operations and Compliance at Illinois Grown Medicine, where successful transitions and revenue generation were achieved.
