Cate McCarrell is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in strategic and operational consulting. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at CMConsulting-HR since January 2023, McCarrell has held several leadership roles, including Sr. Director of Human Resources at Intersect ENT, Inc. from December 2016 to October 2022, and Senior Director & Head of Human Resources for the Americas at CSS Corp from November 2015 to December 2016. Additionally, McCarrell has contributed as an Advisory Board Member for ParentFile and MilSpec Capital and has experience at various companies in HR management and consulting roles. McCarrell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from John F. Kennedy University.
