Ji-Hao Long is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Business Intelligence and Business Support at 4Cyte Pathology since February 2022. Prior to this, Ji-Hao worked as a Business Development Analyst at Endeavour, focusing on frameworks and governance for financial transformation initiatives. During a significant tenure at Lion from November 2011 to August 2020, Ji-Hao held multiple roles, including Reporting and Analytics Lead, where contributions included the delivery of reporting solutions for the SAP4Hana implementation across various sectors. Ji-Hao has also led a growing Reporting and Insights team, overseeing management reporting and balance sheet governance, and worked as a Business Analyst. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Analyst at Deloitte Australia, where Ji-Hao executed internal audit plans to assess client control environments. Ji-Hao holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Science from the University of Wollongong and has education from St George Christian School and Nesbru videregående skole.
