Charlotte Schuil currently serves as Water Program Manager at 4Creeks, Inc. since November 2021. Previously, Charlotte held the position of Systems Engineer at C & F Irrigation from March 2015 to October 2021. Earlier experience includes engineering internships at Tulare Irrigation District and Friant Water Authority in 2012 and 2010-2011 respectively. Charlotte earned a degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, attending from 2009 to 2014.
