Richard Smith is an experienced telecommunications professional with a career spanning over a decade in the industry. Currently serving as an Installations Engineer at 4Com since September 2016, Richard specializes in installing cloud-based phone systems using the Broadsoft portal. Previously, Richard worked as a Service Delivery Engineer at Openreach from May 2014 to August 2016, handling exchange jumpering and fault resolution for residential and business copper and fibre lines. Additionally, Richard gained foundational experience as a Telecommunications Engineer at MJ Quinn from November 2012 to August 2016, where training in BT copper and fibre broadband installation was completed.
