Andrew Staniak has worked in the technology industry since 2000. From 2000 to 2006, they worked as an Engineer for ARRIS. In 2006, they joined 4Cable TV Inc as their Vice President and Chief Technology Officer (VP+CTO).

Andrew Staniak attended Wayne State University from 1961 to 1965, studying Electrical Engineering.
