George Carfi, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. George currently holds the position of VP, Content & Operations at 4C Digital Health since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Product & Operations at the same company since December 2019.

George's early career includes a role at Prudential Financial as an Annuity Disbursement Service representative from April 2012 to July 2012. George processed withdrawals and transactions, contacted financial professionals and clients for missing information, and verified tax and contract-related details.
During their internship with Health Care Services Group Inc. in 2011, George gained experience as a Dietary Manager. George learned and improved managerial duties such as inventory, budgeting, scheduling, and supervision. George also enhanced their computer software skills.
Before their internship, George worked as an Assistant Manager of Housekeeping at Health Care Service Group from May 2009 to May 2011. Their responsibilities included daily room inspections, managing resident complaints and requests, and improving strategies for addressing patient complaints.
George Carfi completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Health Policy and Administration, with a minor in Labor Employment Relations, from Penn State University. George attended the university from 2007 to 2011. In 2017, they pursued higher education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Healthcare Management/Administration from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. George completed their MBA program in 2018.
