Mark Ellis is an experienced professional in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving on the University of Portsmouth Procurement & Supply Chain Advisory Board since January 2021. As a Partner at 4C Associates since September 2016, Mark leverages extensive expertise in business transformation, previously holding the position of Global Procurement Practice Leader at IBM from 2013 to 2015, where responsibilities included leading procurement service offerings globally. Mark also served as the UK&I Procurement Leader at IBM and worked as a Senior Consultant at PKF, focusing on delivering procurement solutions. Earlier in Mark's career, a role was held as Procurement Development Manager at Transport for London, overseeing the development of procurement strategies. Mark's education includes studies at Howard Grammar School for Boys and The Howard School.
