Pepe Sanchez has extensive culinary experience, currently working as a Chef at St Anthony's Dining Room since June 2015, where the focus is on serving the community in The Tenderloin. In addition to this role, Pepe serves as an Assistant Cook at Melons Catering and Events and has held the title of Chef at 49 Square Catering since May 2013. Previous positions include Cook at Ritz-Carlton Half Moon Bay, Disney, and The Waikiki EDITION, along with experience as a Kitchen Assistant at Global Gourmet Catering. Pepe completed training in culinary arts at the California Culinary Academy, earning an Associate of Arts degree in 2007.
