Dan Wanous, MBA, serves as the Head of Business Development at 49 Financial since November 2023, focusing on building teams that cultivate emerging leaders and optimize the impact of experienced advisors on clients. Previously, Dan held the role of Business Development Officer at Thrivent Advisor Network from January 2020 to July 2023 and worked in various positions at Thrivent Financial from 2015 to December 2020, including Platform Development Consultant and Field Leadership and Operations Specialist. Dan has also contributed to the launch of a dairy micro-insurance business as a Consultant for CIC Insurance Company in late 2018. Dan holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Finance from Bethel University.
