Caroline Chapdelaine serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Northstar Photonics and is a member of the Board of Governors at Utah Aerospace and Defense. Previously, Caroline held the position of Supplier Engagement Program Manager at L3Harris Technologies and served as Supply Chain Planner & Contracts Manager at Northrop Grumman. Additionally, Caroline co-founded Puget Sound Veterans in Business, where the role of Chief Operating Officer was undertaken. Caroline holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder and has furthered education at The Wharton School.
