Mark Dolan has over 20 years of work experience, beginning with Jenkinson Logistics in 1998 as an IT Manager and Network Administrator. In 2005, they became the Managing Director at Tagrugby Espana SL, promoting, coaching and organizing Tagrugby activities in Spain. From 2009 to 2011, they were an E-Business Specialist at dabl Ltd, managing the e-business and digital marketing area. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at Bookassist as an Ecommerce Project Manager, managing a department of 9 online marketing specialists. During 2013, they were a PPC Manager (Contract) at CarTrawler and a Digital Marketing Manager (EMEA) at j2 Global. From 2019 to 2021, they took a career break as a Stay at Home Dad and is currently the Head Of Digital Marketing at 42Crunch.

Mark Dolan began their educational journey in 1984 at Marist College, Athlone, where they completed their secondary school education. In 1990, they graduated from Athlone Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS). In 2008, they earned a Masters in E-Commerce from Dublin City University.
