Ilya Bitler is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in software development and leadership roles. Currently employed at 40seas since August 2022, Ilya has previously served as Fullstack Team Leader and Software Engineer at Bionic from March 2020 to August 2022, and as a Software Developer at Skycure until its acquisition by Symantec in March 2020. Prior experience includes a leadership position as Team Leader for the Java Framework at the Israeli Air Force from September 2010 to March 2016. Ilya holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management Information Systems from Tel Aviv University (2012-2014) and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science from the same institution (2007-2010).
