Gabriel Crouzet has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Gabriel began their professional career at Deloitte in 2006 as a Junior Consultant. After a year, they transitioned to HSBC where they worked as a Trader at the Treasury Front Office for one year. In 2009, Crouzet joined Univeg as the Chief Financial Officer, a role they held for four years. Following this, they moved to Novartis as a Project Manager for six months. Later in 2013, they became the Director Financiero at The Fruit Farm Group. Crouzet then served as the General Manager at Springfield South America, starting in October 2015. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Representative Office at 40Seas, where they have been working since May 2023. Overall, Gabriel Crouzet has gained extensive expertise in finance and management throughout their career.

Gabriel Crouzet's education history begins with their enrollment at Lycée Français, where they completed their Uruguayan baccalaureate and the French international baccalaureate between 1986 and 2000. Gabriel then attended Universidad de la República from 2001 to 2007, obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree.
