Randy Krzesinski, SPHR and SHRM-SCP, serves as the Director of Total Rewards at 4 Wheel Parts, a position held since October 2018, overseeing a team of six HR professionals responsible for compensation management and employee benefits for nearly 2,000 employees. Previously, Randy filled the role of HR Director at the same company, managing a team of 11 in support of an $800 million international operation. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at HR Partners, providing specialized HR services to various clients, and as HR Director at Universal Music Group, delivering HR support to major record labels. Randy holds a B.A. in Political Science & Communications from American University and an HR Management certification from UCLA.
