Jo Westh is the founder of 4 Voices Global Limited, an organization dedicated to assisting individuals facing social isolation, bullying, homelessness, and digital exclusion, with a focus on empowering women. Prior experience includes serving as CEO and Board Member of Orange Sky Australia, which provides free mobile laundry services to those experiencing homelessness. Jo has also held the position of General Manager at Confiance Australia, a consulting firm specializing in the mining and construction sectors, where expertise encompassed business strategy and organizational development. Earlier career highlights include being a Senior Partner at PA Consulting Group, overseeing strategic, HR, and change management services across the Asia Pacific region. Jo holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources Management from the Queensland University of Technology and a degree in Psychology from the University of Rome.
