Matthew Holden currently serves as the Head of Engineering Collaboration at 3XN/GXN since August 2023 and has been a Trustee for The Manchester Victoria Baths Trust since May 2017. Previously, Matthew held various roles at Arup from 2005 to July 2023, including Director, Associate Director, and Associate. Prior experience includes positions as Associate Director at Symonds from 2003 to 2005, Associate Director and Associate at Whitby Bird from 1996 to 2003, and Structural Engineer at BDP from 1994 to 1996. Early in Matthew's career, a role as Graduate Site Engineer at Trafalgar House Construction was undertaken from 1992 to 1994. Matthew Holden earned a BSc(Hons) MEng in Civil Engineering from The University of Manchester between 1988 and 1992.
