Joshua Lilley has held a variety of roles in the security industry since 2003. Joshua began their career at Sonitrol of Orlando as an Assistant Operations Manager and Field Tech, where they were responsible for repairing and certifying Fire-lite and Silent knight fire panels, as well as assisting in annual inspections for over 300 fire panels in the Central Florida area. In 2007, they moved to Sonitrol as a Production Manager. Joshua then joined Stanley Security Solutions in 2008, where they held roles as a Field Engineer, PNC North Sonitrol Manager, PNC South Production Manager, and Production Manager. In 2014, they began working at 3xLOGIC as a Global Sales Engineer, Regional Sales Manager, Sales Engineer & Trainer, and Field Engineer & Trainer. In their roles, they have created new customer connections, assisted with the development of corporate stores and franchisee network sales channels, and developed and maintained an extensive working knowledge of 3xLOGIC products.

Joshua Lilley began their educational journey in 1999 at Valencia College, where they earned a degree in General Studies with a focus in Communication and Media Studies. Joshua then continued their studies at the University of Central Florida, graduating in 2017 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business/Commerce, General.
