Misha Ford is the current President and CEO of 3T Solutions Consulting. Prior to this, they worked as Marketing Manager for the National Basketball Association (NBA) from March 2012 to May 2014. Before that, they were with 3TG Staffing Solutions (a division of 3T Consulting Group). Misha started their career with Verizon in January 2007 and worked there till December 2012 as Sr. Executive Assistant (Corp Marketing).

Misha Ford has a human resources management degree from Emory University, as well as a bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, and related support services from Rutgers University - Newark. Misha also has certification from the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council (GMSDC) in CERTIFIED MBE, Columbia Business School Executive Education in Certified Planner of Professional Meetings (CPPM), MARTA (Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority) in Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, U.S. Small Business Administration in Women Owned Small Business, and World Staffing Summit in World Staffing Summit 2022.
