Tahm Hormozdyaran began their career in 1985 as an Executive Engineer at SIEMENS Pakistan Engineering Co. Ltd. In 2001, they became the President/Founder of 3Soft USA.

Tahm Hormozdyaran began their educational career in 1975, when they earned a BSEE in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology. Tahm then attended American University from 1988 to 1990, where they earned an MS in Information Systems. Finally, they attended George Mason University from 1992 to 1995, where they earned a Post Graduate degree in Information Technology.
