Terry Hipp is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in product design and development within the electronics and security systems industries. Currently serving as a Sr. Product Engineer at 3SI Security Systems since October 2016, Terry previously held the position of Senior Staff Digital Engineer at EchoStar Corporation, where responsibilities included managing multiple design projects and providing cost estimates for new proposals. Prior to that, Terry worked at Motorola Mobility as a Principal Staff Electronics Engineer, leading the hardware engineering for advanced set-top box products and enhancing circuit level test coverage. Terry's career began at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, developing control systems for missile simulations. Terry holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Kansas State University.
