Jennifer Yoder has extensive experience in customer service and sales support, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at 3SI Security Systems since April 2017, where responsibilities include billing and order entry for the Southeast region and managing a national special project. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various positions at Hibu/Yellowbook, including Associate Manager of National Sales Support, where extensive reporting and data tracking were developed, and National Account Coordinator, where Jennifer managed a new department overseeing over 2000 accounts with substantial monthly receivables. Earlier experience includes roles at QVC in customer service and fraud processing, as well as positions in customer support and account management at Penn Tank Lines, Chemical Leaman Tank Lines, and AMP Products, Inc. Jennifer holds an Associate of Science degree in Animal Sciences/Horsemanship from Cabrini University and has completed coursework at Southern Virginia University.
