Rory Norton currently serves as the Director of Application Services at 3sHealth since October 2023. Prior to this role, Rory held the position of Director of Information Technology at SecurTek - A SaskTel Company from July 2019 to October 2023. Rory's extensive experience includes serving as President of Hamona Corporation from 2017 to March 2020, Co-Founder and Managing Partner at rSolutions Corporation from 2010 to 2017, and Manager of IT Strategy and Planning at the City of Regina from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, Rory held various roles at Saskatchewan between 1996 and 2009, including Assistant Deputy Minister (CIO) of Corporate Information Services. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Regina, a Diploma in Computer Administration from CDI College, and a Bachelor's degree in Administration from the University of Regina.
