Keith Phelps has a background in IT and customer service, with extensive experience working for the Government of Saskatchewan. Keith has held various leadership positions including Chief Information Officer, VP of Clinical Support and Customer Service, Executive Director of Operations, and Executive Director of Service Delivery and Integration. Keith has also been involved in the creation and development of IT solution consulting practices and has provided leadership for numerous IT projects. Keith holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Computer Science from the University of Saskatchewan.
