Adam Stoot has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Adam started their career at DTU Nanotech as a research assistant and then pursued a PhD in the same field. After completing their PhD, they worked as a postdoc at DTU Nanotech before moving on to other roles. Adam also had a managerial position at ComSupport from 2007 to 2018. Additionally, they owned Stoot holding IVS from 2017 to 2020. Currently, Adam works at 3Shape, where they have held multiple roles including Global Product Manager and Product Director. In these positions, they have been responsible for developing and managing SaMD (Software as a Medical Device) products related to CAD software, restorative and implantology studios, as well as digital workflows for clinics and dental laboratories. Adam has led teams of product managers and engineers in Copenhagen and Kyiv.
Adam Stoot completed their education in the field of physics and nanotechnology. Adam obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree from DTU - Technical University of Denmark in 2011. Adam then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in the same field from the same institution, which they completed in 2013. Adam further pursued their academic career by completing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Physics from DTU - Technical University of Denmark, graduating in 2016. In addition to their academic achievements, Adam also obtained various certifications in leadership, medical device regulation, product management, and cleanroom safety. Adam holds a Glider Pilot License (GPL) issued by the Civil Aviation Administration.
