Sunnie Huang is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits management across various industries. Currently serving as Group HRD at 3SBio Inc. since February 2020, Sunnie previously held the role of HRD for Media LOB & China Rewards at Dentsu Aegis Network from 2017 to 2020, and was Head of Rewards at Thermo Fisher Scientific from 2015 to 2017, focusing on aligning compensation strategies with business needs for the Greater China region. Sunnie's career also includes a managerial role at PwC in the "People and Change" practice, where foundational HR consulting skills were developed, and earlier experience as a consultant at EAL Consulting. Sunnie holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Shanghai University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
