Todd Young is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in business development and technology management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at 3RT Networks since June 2020, Todd previously held roles in business development at ECC Division of Cramer Fabrics Inc. and Vector Systems. Notably, during tenure at Trane, Todd led the Commercial Systems Sales and Distribution IT Program Management Office, managing a budget exceeding $10 million. Previous positions also include project management and Six Sigma facilitation at Northern Engraving, where Todd oversaw ERP implementation, and application development at Isola Group, contributing to a $25 million business unit. Todd began their career at ICI Fiberite and Fiberite as a Senior Engineer, focusing on process and product development. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
