Sirish Shetty's work experience includes positions in risk management and software development. Sirish is currently the Chief Risk Officer at 3Red Partners, a role they started in December 2021. Prior to that, they served as the US Head of Risk at XTX Markets from October 2019 to November 2021. From January 2018 to October 2019, Sirish was the Head of Risk - Americas at Tower Research Capital, and before that, they worked as a Risk Manager at the same company from August 2013 to December 2017. In addition, they have worked as a Risk Analyst at IMC financial markets & asset management from January 2010 to October 2011 and as a Front Office Developer Team Manager from February 2008 to January 2010. Sirish also has experience as a Software Developer at Connamara Systems, LLC from August 2006 to December 2007. Before that, they worked as a Software Developer at Cerner Corporation from March 2005 to August 2006. Sirish started their career as an Intern at Intel Corporation from May 2003 to May 2004.

Sirish Shetty earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S) in Computer Systems Engineering from Arizona State University, which they attended from 2000 to 2004. Sirish then pursued a Master of Science (M.S) in Financial Markets/Financial Engineering at the Illinois Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2006 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Sirish Shetty obtained several certifications, including Machine Learning from Coursera in 2021, Series 24 and Series 7 from FINRA in 2015, and Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) in 2011.
