Jessica Mor has a diverse and extensive background in the fashion industry. Jessica started their career at Katharine Hamnett in 2005 as a Production/Studio Manager, where they managed production processes and studio operations for the company. In 2008, they transitioned to freelancing as a Pattern Cutter for Bodyamr, Jean Pierre Braganza, and Jonathan Saunders. During this time, they collaborated with various companies to bring their designs to life and create prototypes for London catwalk shows. In 2010, Jessica became the Co-Owner and Creative Director of 3RD ROCK, where they continue to oversee the creative direction of the company.

Jessica Mor has completed a Post Grad degree in Innovative Pattern Cutting from Central St Martins. Prior to that, they pursued a BA Hons degree in Fashion and Clothing from Leeds College of Art and Design. No specific start or end years were provided for either education experience.
