Fidel is an accomplished marketing professional who joined 3Q/DEPT in March 2021 as EVP, client services. Fidel has 20 years of experience helping clients develop strategies that reinvigorate brands while reaching people across all channels in conventional and unconventional ways. Prior to 3Q/DEPT, Fidel was Global Client President at Carat where he served as the executive lead for the adidas Group portfolio of brands. Over the course of his career, Fidel has helped prominent global retail brands create some of their most iconic and digitally-integrated campaigns. Fidel holds a bachelor of business administration from Whittier College. Fidel enjoys ā€œglampingā€ while doing a little off roading and he considers snowboarding his fountain of youth.
