Sid Kato currently serves as the Chairman of the Board at 3PL Systems, Inc., where guidance has been provided since 2020 to facilitate company growth following a thorough audit and strategic reorganization initiated in 2014. Previously, Kato was the Chief Relationships Officer at Lineage Logistics, focusing on M&A activities, and before that, held the position of Global Executive Director of Compliance at UTi Worldwide Inc., leading the establishment of an Enterprise Information Technology Department. As the Founder and Owner of Array Systems Inc., Kato managed diverse IT projects for a wide range of clients, including major corporations across various industries. Earlier experience includes contracting as a Computer Programmer for several companies. Education includes a Computer Programming Certificate from the Computer Learning Center of Los Angeles and studies in business at California State University-Long Beach.
