Seavpheng Lao is a skilled software engineer currently employed at 3PL Systems, Inc. since July 2023, with previous experience as a Senior Software Developer at Localize Tech Solution from May 2020 to July 2022 and as a Software Developer at the Electricity Authority of Cambodia from September 2014 to June 2020. Seavpheng's career also includes a role as an Officer of the Corporate Services Department at Cambodian Public Bank Plc and as a Software Engineer at BRC Tech Co., Ltd.
