Thomas Cyprian, Ph.D., currently serves as a Senior Business Development Manager at 3P Learning since April 2023. Prior to this role, Thomas worked as a Sales Professional at Education Advanced from November 2020 to February 2023. Thomas also held the position of Director of Campus Operations and PK-12 Attendance at IRVING INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT from July 2019 to November 2020 and served as Director of Professional Development and Principal at Duncanville ISD from July 2009 to June 2019. Thomas earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Educational Leadership and Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington between 2009 and 2014, a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in the same field from 2004 to 2005, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from 1992 to 1996.
