Hashim Ali Hashim has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Hashim Ali started their career in 2013 as a Senior Engineer Assistance at Arabian Gulf Manufacturers LTD. In 2014, they worked in the Sales Department at PEPSI COLA and served as a Board Member at Rawasy Al Khaleej Plastic IND. In 2015, they joined International Investment Bank as an Analyst, Gulf Manufacturers Co, as a Prodcution Engineer trainee, and GULF PACKAGING SYSTEMS LTD as an Assistant Manager Supply Chain. In 2016, they became the Managing Director of 3P Gulf Packaging Systems Company and also worked as an Operational and Design trainee at Husky Injection Molding Systems. In 2017, they became a Board Member at GULF PACKAGING SYSTEMS LTD. In 2020, they joined 3P Chemical as a Project Leader, focusing on the detergent filling industry. Hashim Ali also holds a Board Member position at GAP Polymers since 2008.

Hashim Ali Hashim received a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University in 2017. Prior to that, they attended Millfield School in Somerset, England from 2008 to 2013 where they completed their high school education. At Millfield School, their studies included GCSE & A-Levels in Business Studies, Mathematics, Accounting, and French.
