Nicky Struthers is an experienced Quality Management professional with a robust background in regulatory affairs and quality assurance across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Quality Management System Manager at 3M since April 2020, Nicky has also held the position of Senior Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Manager at Crawford Healthcare since January 2014. Previous roles include Senior Quality Assurance and Regulatory Manager at Acelity, and various positions at FULLCOLOUR.COM LIMITED, including Production Manager and Quality Assurance Manager. Nicky's early career includes significant experience at AstraZeneca, where responsibilities ranged from Quality Assurance Advisor to Quality Manager. A graduate of the University of Sunderland with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Pharmaceutical Science, Nicky has consistently demonstrated expertise in developing and managing quality systems, regulatory compliance, and team leadership in the manufacturing and healthcare sectors.
