Zinal Kothadia has four years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Zinal is currently working as a Lead-Human Resources at 3K Technologies since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Associate at Pronix Technologies Pvt.Ltd. from December 2019 to October 2020. Before that, they served as a Human Resources Generalist at KanhaSoft from December 2017 to November 2019. Their career in HR began as a Human Resources Executive at Geniebag Solutions, where they worked from November 2016 to November 2017.

Zinal Kothadia completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Engineering from Government Engineering College, Gandhinagar. This educational journey took place from 2013 to 2016.
