Julion Jayerajah has diverse work experience, ranging from roles in hotels as a manager to credit advisory and audit analyst positions at companies like HSBC and KPMG UK. Recently, they worked as a credit controller at The Soho Sandwich Co. In 2023, they served as a sales assistant at Winning Moves Australia for three months and worked as a player liaison and operations assistant at 3ICE. At KPMG, they served for three years as an audit assistant, where they developed expertise in planning audits, designing specific tests, and working as a senior on audits.

Julion Jayerajah received their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Exeter in 2017. In 2018 to 2019, they studied at Nova College and completed the AAT Professional Diploma in Accounting Level 4, specializing in Accounting and Finance. In 2019 to 2020, they pursued a Master of Arts Degree in Entrepreneurial Management with a focus on Finance at the University of Chester. Prior to their university studies, they attended Ryde School with Upper Chine from 2011 to 2013, though their degree and field of study is unknown.
