Stephanie Reyes has over 16 years of experience in executive assistance and compliance within the private equity sector. Currently serving as Executive Assistant to the Head of Private Equity at 3i Group plc, Stephanie also holds roles as Compliance Administrator, Deal Assistant, and Data Steward. Prior to this, Stephanie managed compliance and worked as a private equity paralegal at Panda Power Funds. Additional experience includes providing executive support to top executives at Magna Electronics and Kabel BW, as well as serving in paralegal roles at prestigious law firms such as Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP and Clifford Chance LLP. Educational qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Arts from Collin College and a degree in Marketing and Communication, Economics from Hessische Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie Frankfurt am Main. Stephanie is also a Government-Certified Foreign Language Correspondent proficient in English, French, and Spanish.
