Hina Malik, PHRi, has extensive work experience in human resources and consultancy roles. Starting in 2006, they worked as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources at K.M. Malik & Associates before transitioning to a full-time Manager of Human Resources at Anthelio Healthcare Solutions in 2008. At Anthelio Healthcare Solutions, Hina was responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, managing HR activities and policies, ensuring operational effectiveness, and overseeing financial aspects of the department. In 2014, they relocated to New Zealand and worked as an Account Manager at Facebook. Before that, Hina worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Medtech Global in 2015. Hina then took on contract positions as an HR Consultant at Auckland Transport and Canon New Zealand Limited in 2016. Hina also freelanced as a Global Human Resources Management Consultant, providing bespoke consultancy services to companies worldwide and assisting them in streamlining their HR processes. In 2017, they relocated to the Netherlands for personal reasons. Hina's most recent role is as an Associate Vice President of Business HR - Global at 3i Infotech Ltd., starting in 2023.

Hina Malik, PHRi, obtained their Professional Human Resource - International (PHRi) degree from HR Certification Institute in 2016. Prior to that, they pursued a PG degree in Customer Relationship Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies in 2009-2010. In 1997-1999, they completed their undergraduate studies in Economics, earning a Bcom degree from the University of Mumbai. Hina also holds an additional certification as a Professional in Human Resources - International (PHRi) from HR Certification Institute, obtained in 2016.
