Ivo Marques is an experienced culinary professional with a career spanning over two decades in various prestigious hotels and restaurants. Since March 2023, Ivo has served as a Sub Chef at 3HB Hotels, while also holding a Sub Chef position at Sociedade do Golf QDL since March 2022. Previous roles include Sub Chef at The Magnolia Hotel (June 2019 - March 2022), Chef de Partie at Anantara Hotels, Resorts and Spas (April 2017 - May 2019), and several cooking positions at Tivoli Hotels & Resorts, Hotel Hilton, Hotel Quinta do Lago, and Hotel Alisios. Ivo's culinary education includes degrees in Cooking and Pastry from Escola Hotelaria e Turismo do Algarve and specialized training in cooking from EHTA.
