Rafael Gomez has extensive experience in operational management and IT infrastructure, currently serving as VP of Operations at 3Gmetalworx Inc. since 2007, where responsibilities include directing operational activities and implementing new manufacturing strategies. Prior to this role, Rafael held positions as IT Manager, Senior Systems Specialist at Chemtura, Acting Technical Lead and Enterprise Messaging Support Engineer at Microsoft, and Systems Analyst at AIC Funds. Educationally, Rafael holds a BA from McMaster University, completed in 1998.
