Amanda Carlson is a Partner at 3Forty3, an elite executive search firm, since January 2017, specializing in building exceptional leadership teams for innovative companies. Previous experience includes serving as Principal at Vantage Partners, a boutique executive search firm known for its focus on mobile and digital sectors. Amanda also worked as a Career Adviser at the Savannah College of Art and Design, where support was provided to students and alumni in preparing for creative careers. Earlier roles include recruitment positions at TRAK Services and Express Employment Professionals, alongside volunteering as an Ambassador for the Women's Information Network in Washington, DC.
