Erica Bindas is an accomplished Solutions Engineer at 3form, specializing in custom architectural resin and glass solutions since August 2023. As the Founder of Utah Wild, the first professional ultimate frisbee team in the Mountain West for women and non-binary athletes, Erica has demonstrated strong leadership and community-building skills while managing a diverse team and raising significant funds for operation and outreach. Previous experience as a Manufacturing Engineer at Fictiv involved quoting CNC machined parts and enhancing internal processes, contributing to a notable increase in revenue. At Northrop Grumman, Erica served as a Mechanical Design Engineer, developing complex hardware for rigorous applications and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Educationally, Erica holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
