Letty Colella is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Business Partner at 3E since September 2009. In this role, Letty administers company policies and HR programs, assists with all phases of Human Resources, and collaborates with the HR team to implement strategic initiatives within the Canadian office. Prior to 3E, Letty held the position of Human Resources Manager at Gexel Telecommunications and worked as a Human Resources Representative at AFFINA. Letty holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources and Marketing from McGill University and studied at Champlain College prior to that.
