Cody Holmes, SPHR, currently serves as a Global Human Resources Business Partner at 3E since October 2022, following a role as HR Director/Consultant at Guide to HR. Previous experience includes leadership positions such as Director of Human Resources at SOC Telemed and Senior Manager of Human Resources at Precision For Medicine, where oversight was provided for multiple business units and acquisitions. Further HR expertise was developed at UCG as a Human Resource Manager, managing change across various subsidiary companies, and at Thompson Creek Window Company as an HR Business Partner. Additional roles encompass Complex Human Resources Coordinator at Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Staffing Coordinator at the International Partnership for Microbicides, and coaching with the Liberty Mountain Racing Team. Cody Holmes holds a degree in Labor and Industrial Relations, Human Resources from Penn State University.
