Dale LeFebvre is an accomplished executive and board member with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving on the Board of Directors at Lincoln Financial Group and as Founder and Chairman of 3.5.7.11 and 3E, Dale holds multiple Executive Chairman positions at Bird Electric Enterprises, LLC, Conscious Data Centers, Pipe Strong, LLC, and Benton-Georgia, LLC. In addition to these roles, Dale has been a Board Member for the American Association of Blacks in Energy since 2018 and previously served as Executive Chairman at Ag Trucking. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
